Would any of you happen to know what the going rate for a new paint job would be in San Francisco? I just want to repaint my car BB again. I need to repaint everything except the hood and hatch cover. I don't need to do the engine bay or door jams etc. I want a pretty good job. Any of you Fd owners have any prices in the back of your head would be great and location of where you took yours for a paint job. Thank you

 

Go to several paint shops in your area, explain what you want, and pick one. The cost of a paint job can be changed by many variables.

 

Contact Chris at The Works (in Santa Clara). They are excellent and have a great reputation. They did a fantastic job of repairing/repainting my car. A complete repaint would probably be in the $7k range, I don't know how much less your car would be.

Hey speed where is your boys shop at? On a side not there is this body shop in daly city called image auto body. They do alot of custom work headlight/tailight conversions whatevers and the end result is always top notch.
