C-west Sleek kit
As some members are aware I am currently creating a new sleek headlight fot the 3rd gen (Check it out here). I am now to the point to start the mock up (hopefully the next month or so).
As i prep to start the process and consider my method of creating a shroud that has a superior fit, as well as a lens that has not only a superior fit but retains the stock lines as well.
so i think i have my plan, but need to know some things.
I need to know on the real C-west kit as well as any replica (Chaser is a vendor here) how the fitment of both the shroud and the lens is.
I am after personal experience. i have read on a (non bias) site the real C-West have the best fit of any of the sleek kits. I would really like to see as much detail as possible.
thanks in advance.

cwest kits lens cover mounts to top of the base with screws. I never used any sealant on mine and they were fine in rain, didn't condensate, etc. I had them for two years with the original CATZ lighting with no issues. Fit was perfect to the bumper but remember the cwest kit is a bubble. No issues with hood or anything else for that matter and install was simply removing stockers and dropping buckets down in the space. I know Chaser advertises a thicker lens but I found the stock Cwest lens to be plenty sturdy, survived rocks at speed with minor scratches only.

I have fitted the replica RaceonUSA ones. Fitment was horrible (almost doesn't fit with a stock hood) took a bit of modification to the buckets to get them sitting right, the mounting holes for the lights themselves didn't line up with the lights, and the lights are total crapola. The pods are not smooth and the black paint is crap. Lenses were fine but once again the bolt holes didn't line up with the bucket.
At the moment I am thinking about trying to get some form of real low beam into the pod (going to take extensive modification) as the light output of these is beyond horrible and being a fog light, it blinds oncoming traffic.
Of course looking at your design has me interested, as it looks like it may have real low beams in it? .... maybe I will just scrap these crappy lights and wait for your GB on here?
