Bose speakers with alpine cd/mp3 player

Bose speakers with alpine cd/mp3 player
Hello
I am planning to buy used bose speakers.I have read the schematic in sticky and I see that the front speakers are built in amplifier.
My first question is were to connect the + wire from amplifier into the door harness ( passenger,driver side)?
Second question is for the rear speakers ,not the bose tube,the rear left right speakers on the rear panels.In bose schematic didn't so anything about this speakers.I have to unistall this speakers from my car or I have to let them connected direct to my mp3 player?
Finally I will drive the bose tube from sub pre out from mp3 player.
Is that correct?
