Bodykits and Rockerpanel Guards?

My RX7 has the special coating on the rocker panels, si there any easy way to fit sideskirts with this, or will I have to have it removed and repaint the car?

Thanks for the help

You mean that "dimpled, textured" area on the bottom of the front and rear fenders and the doors? It's there to keep the paint from chipping when rocks get kicked up. Everybody's car has that. Side skirts will just cover it up. No worries.

But the side skirts will only cover part of it, so I guess I am wondering if it looks strange.

What sideskirts were you planning on getting?

Mazdaspeed skirts will have it covered (bad pun)
FEED will show the "dimpled" coating

I was actually looking at the RE N1 side skirts, I guess it sucks that it is on the bottom of the door and that will always show I guess.
