body kit question

For those of u who have a body kit on the 3rd gen. rx7's, did u go for the molded side skirts or unmolded. And of course which do u think is better and why? Thinking about going for the un-molded look myself but still undecided. Thanks for any info.

are u talking about GTC kit?

if u mold them and dent a front or rear fender, its going to be pain to get the sideskirt off to replace the fender.

Full wide body kits usually look a lot better MOLDED. Reason being is there are too many lines with most of the kits and it looks CHEESE IMHO, and looks like someone took an FD and started super glueing crap to it.

With just normal aero UN-MOLDED looks fine. Doesnt look stuck on if the bodyshop or yourself does the fitment..

cool Im thinking about getting the veilside kit the "d1." I didnt want the side skirts molded though. Im hoping the r-magic fenders can fit the front bumper from veiside though.

I agreed with jt-imports, their are just way to many lines unmolded. You can always do feed sideskirts and now have to worry about moldings at all. I plan on doing the apex sideskrits and the feed to.l
