Anyways it appears to be under a lot of pressure, ie. it takes some force to get it back in place, what can i use to make it stick up there, there was originally a black adhiesive there, 3m tape wont work....HELP PLEASE!!

Wash it with methyl hydrate. There is also a special 3M prep that you can buy.
I REALLY wish I knew how well this stuff held when I used it to stick my turbo timer under my instrument cluster.

something we use at the bodyshop I used to work at, I dont remember the name of it but it was black and you applied it with a caulking gun. Squirt some of that in there and it will never come out again for as long as you own the car. It hardens into a strong sticking rubber.

You can do this on some parts but a Spoiler is in a very windy/pressure area.
You NEED to screw this into your car.
Just take some double stick tape and place it where the mounting points are and drop it down.
Pull the spolier off and drill where the double stick was.

eye candy , i really suggest you drill holes cause there are some funny people out there that might want to pull on it and rip it off, drill some holes in the metal, best thing, line up the spoiler and with a felt tip marker, make the marks and drill, then use clear silicone on botton of spoiler so water wont make the hole and screw rust. best thing to do like i did mice, i took a 2 inch screw. cut the top so it could be mounted both ways, put some round top caps in the front holes on the spoiler, filled it the expoxy glue so it would move. then you some hex hunts and washers you can tighten from the inside of car well....

1.3L is not that small
what we use at my body shop is stuff that comes in two tubes but mounted into one... what it does is when you mix it a chemical reaction occurs and makes the strongest **** alive... it is stronger than windshield glass.... just mixe and drop a crapload of that stuff down there but then again what i would really suggest is to pull it off and redo the bumper.. trust me you get what you pay for and it would be worth the effort... working at a body shop we see cars that are half *** done in some way or another and they never hold up in either a wreck or just wear and tear.. whatever you do good luck man
