Does anyone know where you can buy the black outs for the font turn signals?

 

you could by nightshade from your local autoparts store i did this to my neon it looks just like light covers

Niteshades does the trick. You can put it on super heavy if thats what you like.

Just go to any local shop that has any aftermarket car lighting stuff. I'm sure there is at least one local shop where all the Honda guys get their stuff. A place like that will definitly be able to get you what you need.

Other automotive places like Pep Boys, O'Rielly's and some others are now carrying stuff like that as well.
