Best place for HID ballast on FD

Where do you put your HID ballasts? I currently have mine zip-tied to the back of the headlight cutout under the wheel well liner. However, I worry about water here, and it is a PITA to get to for maintenance.

I was able to fit mine in the headlight bucket, using some generic brand ballasts...
