Hands down, I know for a fact I have the best on both of those...
Eagle One Leather Cleaner

Tanners Leather Conditioner

Use those in conjunction with each other and you will never get your leather any softer.
I have tried ALL the other store brands.

I use Zaino cleaner and Zaino conditioner. It smells like leather too. Works well on my Pathfinder, which has "caffe latte" light colored seats, so dirt shows (cloth seats in my 7).

Another conditioner option is "Hidefood", available from Jag. dealers, as I recall. It's supposed to be the best.

Leatherique is by far the best one on the market. Weird way of applying it...but according to multitudes of people on Autopia, it is the absolute best.

I used to use them fancy leather treatment, but, I never liked the results. I now use Neatsfoot Oil. It's like a miracle. My seats looks great and feels lot more supple and I really see the difference.

I used to apply it with a cotton cloth, but, now I use my bare hand and apply generously, wait about an hour or so, then, I wipe off any excess.

Living in a harsher climate (summer sun/cold winter), it is really hard to maintain leather untill I found Neatsfoot Oil.

I'll never go back to anything else.
