baking tail lights for 99 spec

Couldn't find a heat gun, so I am going to try to bake it. Anyone know how hot and long I should leave it in for?

When i did mine i went with the heat gun. I think much safer. That way with the heat gun you can see right away if its getting to hot.. I got a crappy heat gun at wal-mart for like 20 bucks.
