ATTN painters! Is there a best auto paint?
looking to get my car painted very soon and was wondering how much of a difference the brand of auto paint used really made. I know a good paint job is in the prep, but what about the brand of paint? It seems Glasurit is the most popular but Speis (sic), Maddox, and other brands keep popping up. Any advice?

Very expensive....but it comes out looking very nice! Also....it depends on the shop thats spraying it as you stated with the prep work. Good luck...and ask ALOT of questions at each shop you talk to.

It depends how long U want it to look good, and how fancy you want to get with your color scheme. Dupont has a wide range of choices, cheap paint all the way up to custom candy colors. You want to go with higher solids clear it will look better and provide better protection from the UV Rays that like to deterate our wonder full paint jobs.
