Best way to go in my pov considering to cost after everything. If you want rare, this hood is it and you only paid 400 buck plus some fixing of less than 200. That's still way less (if shipped) from very good quality source. Good luck

I think in this case you get what you pay for. I recently purchased a CF RE-A hood from Chuck at Rotary Extreme (the same hood as you). I paid a lot more but don't have any problems with it...fitment, finish, quality, latch, weave, etc,etc are all perfect. So it's just a matter of what you want. If you can fix the hood cheap enough then you got a great deal...I didn't want to have any problems and was even surprised that after I had it shipped all the way to Ontario, Canada that there was not one single mark on the hood. Anyhow good luck with it and keep us informed as to how you will be fixing the gaps...I'm hoping that it's just some adjustments of the hood on your frame.
