I wonder how much of a chalange it would be to get over speed bumps in a car that low.

Mad camber y0! I'd rather get the Vertex kit. I think the front pictured above IS the OEM 99 spec with the GP Sports lip and air splitters.

its not OEM if theres no licence plate.

They probably did or just put on a new modified front like the one Petit makes. I'm sure GP Sports sells the lip and air splitters as seperate pieces.

Its the GP Sports front bumper, with the additional winglets and lip - I cannot find a picture of the nose without the winglets/lip though
