Anyone have this hood on their fd?

Apparently its a tII hood (fc), but made for the fd, not sure if I like it or not. I really want the rotary extreme n1 hood just cant afford 1150 plus shipping for a fg hood. Just curious if their are any pics of this hood on a fd. Well heres a pic of the tII hood...

Never seen that one before. You would think with the curvaceous lines of the Fd, they would have made the hood scoop more round.

Question

does that hood take air out, or bring air into the hood?

Yeah, it doesn't seem like that hood would do any good. Forcing air into the engine bay is generally a bad thing since it creates high pressure and will block or slow down the air going through the radiator.

You want the vent to release hot air from the engine bay which will lower the pressure and supposedly increase the rate of air flowing through the front (rad and IC).
