anyone good with relys?
im trying to get my antenna up when i turn my head unit on.
so i dont want it on all the time if the cars off or on, just when the head unit is on.
i have a rely, but i dont know which wires to use, i know need a ground, and the antenna of course, but how does it get installed for this to take place?
thanks for any help, Mike

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
there is only about 30 threads on this...
Try this one it is the most recent:
https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=45252
What it says is:
On the relay there are numbers next to the pins. Wire as follows:
85 and 30 both to ground.
86 to the power antenna or amp turn on output from the aftermarket radio.
87 to the power antenna wire in the car.
87a (if on the relay) not used.
