Any Speaker Box Designs?

So I'm looking to put two twelves into my FD somehow, but I'm not coming up with much. Can anyone post pics or design draws of the boxes they already have? Would be very much appreciated.

You should really design the box that's suited to the speaker. Find out what the specs are and go from there. I have an old excel sheet with all the formulas in there, but not here. I'll try to find it and post it.

It also depends on what you want. Booming, deep bass or not so booming, tight bass.

Oh, no, I know all about that. I was asking more about how am I supposed to fit those speakers in there? Like have people normally recessed them into the trunk or am I going to have to fit them behind the seats?

Unless you are just out looking to annoy everyone within a 3-block radius of your car, a single quality 10-inch driver in a sealed box is very adequate for the FD interior. Search for DamonB's box, he has designed a box for a 10-inch driver that fits between the shock towers and under the shock tower brace. The amp for the driver mounts on the cabin side of the box, right behind the divider panel. It's a great design that is completely removable from the car in a few minutes.

See, I'm looking to annoy everyone within at LEAST a 4-block radius, so I guess that won't do. I'm gonna get together with some of the audiophiles here in town, they should be able to come up with somethin'. Thanks for the help though.

Great, you can be part of the ******* crowd that drives past my house at 2am blasting rap music at ~110 dB.

An audiophile has no interest in blasting 40 Hz out as loud as possible, we are interested in ACCURATE music reproduction. A quality-made 10-inch driver in a sealed box will be pretty flat down into the low 20 Hz range in the FD cabin. No, it won't rattle windows from a block away but it will be accurate, tight, and good sounding.
