Does anyone know if Alpine type R's will fit in the doors of a FC, my TII didn't come with speakers in the door so i'm curious before i purchase them.

I HIGHLY doubt it. I put some in my Blazer, and had to do a good amount of modifying, and they had a huge hole to mount them up, and with spacers they just barely fit, by an asshair.

Are you looking at the coaxials, or the components?

The coax has a mounting depth of 2 3/4", the component woofer, 3".

Are these going in the center, or the bottom inside part of the door? What year is the car?
