HID kits have always been illegal, it's just now that a new imposed fine is actually going to deter merchants from selling.

The HID kit market is toast...well, at least in the U.S.

I think you'll still be able to snag Bellofs out of Vancouver though, which is the route I'll be going if I ever get to the point that I'll be changing mine out.
