They might, but none that I've seen and I've seen alot. Chuck at rotaryextreme.com can probably make you a cf kit for the right price. But it will probably be expensive. He's pretty much the person to talk to because he probably has access to alot of body kit molds and knows cf well.
Also I believe Pouya was offering a group buy for a cf c-west replica kit for around 3k like a year ago but don't know if he still has the connection to get it.

Feed makes carbon fiber side skirts, and most of the rear diffusers can be bought in carbon fiber...so those 2 cover the rear and sides. I'm not sure of a front end though.

Well you said 'kits' so I was assuming you meant body-kits. If you meant fenders/door panels and **** you should have specified.
C-west has an aftermarket trunk lid. I'm not sure if it's C/F, fiberglass, or what, but it's there. Check it out.
Panspeed has carbon-fiber doors for a little over $3k, fiberglass for a little over $1k. Each retain the power windows too.
Those are the only pieces I can think of off hand. You can find most things on JT-Imports.com or Rxecret7.com
