Aftermarket Receiver Question

I am completely re-doing my stereo, and am bypassing all of the stock bose equipment (or removing), but I was wondering for everyone who has done this, where do you get your power leads for the receiver. I am not getting any volts on the wires previously connected to the Bose head unit, I've tried each one of them, and yes I have looked at the stickey wiring diagram. I need a constant battery lead and an accessory position lead. Please help!

Thanks,
Bart
