aftermarket front end question

For those who have fiberglass front ends, how did you fabricate a new belly pan? How did you attach it to the fiberglass? Have you had any cracking or other problems?

stock belly pan seems to bolt right up to a knights type 3 front end. never seen the underside of a cwest kit though. is it too short or too long?
