Has anyone run the stock rear bose tube through the rca sub outputs on an aftermarket headunit to an aftermarket amp, then to the bose tube? and omitting the bose amp?

Searching, i found one guy that claims to have done it, but he is not active on the boards anymore...

 

I would also like to know the answer to this. great question
