Hi all, I'm trying to find out two things.

1: Who can I send my taillights to who does a good job on the "Ghetto 99spec tails" and ...

2: I would like to have the 99spec bumber but without the liscense plate holder...
Is shaving it off the only way or does anyone sell it already like this?
