go feed, a little aggressive but works very nicely on gray.

 

If I was going to do any track driving I'd keep it on, but for just a street car I'd have it sleek and wingless.

 

i love the car both ways but i like the 99spec. you cant say it doesnt give the car a nice touch! either way tho, i love the car! the 99spec wing isnt cheap, i paid 900$ for mine, it might look even nicer if it was cheaper. lol... i also wanna add that the silver/gray fd on top is nice but that wing is hittious! rims too!

 

Yup, the only wing i like is Feed.

 

I like my 99spec wing with CF deck. If I were to go wingless, I would have to have a RE Amemiya tail light cover with little lip.

Personally, wingless FD looks boring from the rear. (I was wingless for 2 yrs.)

 

LoL, Im the total opposite of you, I had R1 wing, 99 spec wing, and RB type 2 wing and got bored of all of them. Thats why I went wingless.

RE Amemiya CF tail light cover is on the way as we speak. Last year, I test fitted a FG tail light cover and it looked ghey as hell and the other week I borrowed a CF one from Chuck at Rotary Extreme and loved it. CF makes a huge difference. IMO.

 

good point, if you going wingless you must have that taillight cover.

 

Their is nothing better than a 99 spec body style. Watch the video in the audio/video section that has Tsuchiya racing in the rain with a 99 spec blue FD and you will see what im talkin about. When you look at it from the rear it is so smooth.

look in the Audio/Visual section in this forum. I just posted in it. Look how nice the wing looks. Most pictures are close ups but with this video you can see how it looks from a distance. Freaking SWEET!

Go about 120 without a wing , then drive a FD with the 99 spec wing. Huge diffrence , the wing provides a fair amount of downforce. I did some high speed runs without a wing and over 120 the rear end got really light.

Rear visiblity is a problem , and with the wing its even worse. Add a roll cage and looking out the back is useless
