99 spec spoiler question

I,m going to put a 99 spec spoiler on a 94FD, after removing the stock spoiler will the 99 spec leave exposed holes that will need to be filled/painted? thx.C.

6 of the 8 holes will fit...you will have to drill 2 additional holes and cover up the 2 unused holes left from the stock spoiler.
