My stock driver seat is getting old and beat up and I think it is about time to get a new seat. I know some aftermarket seats for the 3rd Gen have clearance problems with the door panel and my question is does the sparco sprint seat fit without any rubbing( or other problems)? Also I believe this is a bottom mounted seat, can anyone confirm that? thanks

 

i think the seats will still rub against the panels...

 

what do you mean still rub? stock seats arent rubbing. I saw an rx7 once with reclining seats and part of the side was mashed from the door being closed, thats what im trying to avoid.
