I am thinking of the blaupunkdt as well, they have a 5 disk in-dash cd changer that will go with almost all of their head units and will fill all the space in the 2nd gens. I think they look sweet too, they have different colors as well. Just my 2.

While we're on 2nd gens stereos....what size are the speakers? Front and back? Wouldn't it be better just to put some 6"x9"s in the rear walls instead of the 6&1/2s or whatever are in the back like an inch from the glass? Thanks.

I don't know about puttin the pocket underneath. I had a digital processor and the deck with a custom built trim ring. It looked really good.

I had a CD player and digital field sound processor in the dash. I surrounded it in plexi glass sprayed in black, but I sprayed the back of the glass so that it was shinny from the outside. It looked sweet, and its not that hard......unfortunately I don't have a picture.

Hey i just got a new cd player for my car and i am having trouble installing it. I figured out the speaker and antenna cables but i am having trouble with the power cables. the deck is a Virtual Reality Sound VR3 CD Player. which cables would i use to connect the power, ground, memory ( the yellow one) and the power antenna one ( the orange one).

Now that I think about it.....it IS quite sad that I have been a member for 5 YEARS and in all that time, I haven't had 10 posts.

I have owned it for over 11 years and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Only 50 something thousand miles. I don't drive it much.

Yipee! 10 posts!

Well.....gee....that was a let down. Instead of pictures, all I can see is a little red "x" inside a small white square. Ha Ha Ha Guess you can't fool the system.
