1st gen radio wiring HELP

I am trying to wire up my '83 GSL for a cd player, and all of the wires have previously been cut behind the radio, so no plugs can clue me in as to what does what. I have figured out a few (power, antenna, ground) but can not figure out what a few other wires do. One is red/green stripe, one is blue/yellow stripe, and one is red/blue stripe. None have connectors. Any help would be appriciated!

All you need is permanent power and accessory power. Everything else you can run yourself using new wires. Use a testlight or multimeter and poke around until you find those two and your set. Run the ground to the metal frame of the dash. Run new speaker wires to all speakers using larger gauge cable than stock.

Oh, the antenna should be easy cause it'll have a chunky connector on it, assuming they're anything like the standard in Aus.

Connect it all up using the connector and loom that came with the head deck and you're good to go.
