19" wheels on FD?

What size are you running in the front? 18's? ( my fenders are rolled also, but they still rub in the front, but rears are great.)

I agree 19s look awesome on FD's. Any problems with the ones you have now?

To all the haters out there that think 19's on an FD looks badd... j/p I agree about the statements on how they bend the rim easily... Happened to me, so if you do get 19's drive carefully... you don't want a set as a daily driven one. I have currently slapped back on my 16'' stockers... they are way more comfortable to drive with and are a little lighter than the 19'' rims... so now I'm just waiting on a set of 18'' AME Circlar spec-R rims from Rishie @ Auto RnD.But here's my FD with my old rims... Ro-ja r2-5's in Mercury Silver.... Aka the American version of the Gram Lights 57F I believe....

If you decide to go 19"s I would strongly suggest you spend the $ to buy a good set of forged wheels. (i.e. Volk, some Racing harts, I forged, HRE, etc.) They are stronger and lighter then 1 piece non forged wheels. My 19" Volks way less then my 18" wheels did.

Here is a link to a post i made in the brake section, when i got my new brakes. I've got 19's... and though i think they look awesome... i would have to agree that they are a bit too much for the track... i'd like to get a set of 18 TE37's for that... the 19's tend to rub just a bit to much.

hmmmmmm. i dunno. i am pretty careful with my ride, but damn if i want to spend all my time worried about my wheels. in NC we don't have pot holes, the are more like giant pieces missing from the road, pot canyons if you will. haha
though i do like the look of the 19" esp with a body kit. I think my better judgement tells me that a another set of 18's is going to be the way to go.
