Hello there. . . .cant seem to find an answer to this "yet" but are animated Gifs allowed for the signature?

yes to some extent. it depends on the file size. if it's too big a mod will let u know.

There needs to be a "How to" section to explain how to navigate the site, make posts, etc, etc,.

go to user CP navigate around you'll find everything you need there, some threads will be locked for you, and make sure if you want to post a pic you use [I M G] html codes.

I'm still a newbie, but I figured it out. Have fun! and we can help each other find reasons to reach 100 posts

What happen at 100? I have been on a forum for over 10 years and don't have over 300 yet ... I read that forum almost everyday!

guys, in the new member section under "introduce yourself", there's 5 sticky threads at the top. posting in each one of those threads will boost ur post count by a total of 5.
