Click User CP seen in the horizontal gray taskbar near the top of the page just under the word, How, on this particular page. That's User Control Panel. From there, you will be concerned with the boxes on the side bar labeled, Your Profile and Settings & Options. You'll have to play around with them and read all the options to get to the info you want to change, but it will all be there somewhere.
