how do i post a profile picture??
i cant figure out how to post a picture for my profile.

the one that everyone sees when you post a question on the board.

Check under the "User CP" link up to the upper left.
The option will be on the left hand column that comes up.

I'm assuming you meant 'Avatar' but just for the sake of killing time this is how you change your profile picture:
