How do you get a profile picture?
When you first open a browser window and click your "favorites" to get here, you'll see a bar somewhere in the middle of the screen and it's furthest left link will be User CP - click on that.
There will be a bar on the left side of the screen with the master heading of Your Control panel. The very first subheader is Your Profile. Under that box, four links down, is Edit Profile Picture - click on that.
From that point on, the directions given in the window that pops up next are self-explanatory and concise.
