How can I get notified of new threads with specific keywords in them?

If i want to be notified of a thread that has specific words like "Carbon Fiber" and "Group buy" is there a way to have those sent to my email?

As far as I know, there is no way to do that. You will have to manually search.

I thought I'd update this thread, since I stumbled on the feature rxtroy was asking about:

User CP -> Keyword Alerts

It looks like it will just search the whole thread, which may lead to a ton of emails/PMs. For normal searching, thread titles only tends to yield the best results.
