It seems to vary for some, but you will need at least 5 posts to access the classifieds section. It used to be 10. And after making those posts, it can take some time for the board to grant those privileges. It can take minutes or hours. There is a sticky at the top of the page that explains all of the forum rules and gives faq advice and some direction.
