wierd fuel pump issue

im running an e6x ona s5 tii. when i crank the car my fuel pump relay cuts out. i tried switching the main ecu power relay and the fuel pump relay but the same thing keeps happening. i know the relays are working because with the key in the on position the fuel pump is on and the ecu is on. the fuel pump relay only shuts off when cranking. i checked the ground and that it is getting power to the coil of the relay.... i have absolutely no idea what is wrong with it.

Are you talking about the relays on the HALTECH or the relays on the CAR?
If you're talking about the relays on the CAR, it should not matter cause the Haltech has it's own wiring for the fuel pump.

If you're talking about the relays on the HALTECH, use a DMM to see what it's actually doing.
Verify the relay is a "double 87" output, cause some of the Haltech use the center pin as a NO power output.

make sure that your signal wire for the fuel pump relay is not losing power while your cranking.
