What causes this?

Take a look at the RPM.
What would cause it to be so erratic?
E6K BTW and Hall Effect Sensor.
Did it with the CAS too.

holey moley! i'd start checking wiring, get a multi meter and test for continuity to ground, and then resistence within the sensors them selves, although if it did it with the CAS then that's probably not it.

Here's a datalog I did today.
I am plagued with the injector ms doubling every once in awhile.
The duty cycles stay constant when it does this.
I have rewired the injectors twice and it still does it! Driving me CraZy!
Otherwise, it looks pretty good. I richened it up a little around the 11 PSI range and took a whole bunch out up top.
I'm running meth injection along with the E85 and I think once it gets around the 7K area, it is getting too much fuel. Pulls like a **** to that point!
T72-E6K-E85/Meth-ID2000 Injectors-2 X 044 Bosch Pumps= Lot's-O-Fun!

I'm leaning towards either my Crane HI-6 ignition box on the leading or maybe my trailing coil connections?
What do you guys think?

I can't say for certain, but I'm guessing it's an internal error to the ECU itself. If you had an RPM spike or a spike in the MAP signal (which would call for a dramatically higher amount of fuel) it would show up in the "range/bar" numbers. Those values, as well as ignition which is also RPM/MAP referenced, stay consistent.

Well.... Chris, that's kinda good news!
I have spent a lot of time tuning this beast, but I think it's time for a new EMS.
I will let you know when I'm ready. Hopefully I can import the E6K map in to a Platinum 2000?

Unfortunately the E6* maps will not import into the Platinum software. E8/11 maps will, however.
