Question Vacumn source?

first, running a haltech E6k, HBP 6-port N/A. adapted REW intake.

i can not get a steady vacumn signal at any loads except wot. i suppose the 3"'s i see on the guage at wot is cause of the area i live in. i tryed all the ports on the intake and nothing is steady. idle bounces between 15-12 and cruise anywhere from 8-12 inches. what did i do wrong? fuel is still pretty rich.

It's a half bridge. It's going to have a lumpy vacuum signal. Since it's NA you will be able to map it with TPS as the load source. Should work great.
