Timing question, AFR at idle?

I got my car to run last night but it sounds to quiet and it sounds out of time. If I set the computer timing to -5.0 deg should I set the pulley timing on 0deg. Thats what I have it at now (I have a mazdatrix underdrive pulley -10, 0, 10, 20).

I'm running a 87 na motor what do you guys run for timing?

Also What AFR should I be running at idle?

You need to synch the Haltech to the pulley. The stock pulley has a mark at -5 so you program the Haltech to -5. Since you have a mark at 0 program the Haltech to lock at 0. When the mark lines up with the timing indicator you are zeroed.

12.5 - 13.7 depending on porting and idle speed.
