Throttle calibrate question

I went to calibrate the throttle and this is how it went. Under the throttle calibrate page with no throttle input, it reads 8%. It said same thing on engine data page. At full throttle it says 75% on both pages. I disconnected the throttle cable and rotated the throttle manually and it still says 75%. On the calibration page, it say to depress throttle and press space bar to continue.

Heres the questions: Should I depress the throttle, release it, then hit the space bar? Or should I hold the throttle down and hit the space bar while holding the throttle? After calibration, shouldn't it read 0% at no throttle input and 100% at full throttle? The sensor is mounted rock solid. The guy who did it has mounted them before and none of them have problems.

Thanks

Yes, you should hold it at WOT then hit the space bar. Mine goes from 0 to 95, so i would say youve got something wrong.

I unpluged the TPS, plugged it back in, did the calibration again and it worked.
