Is there anywhere to sent a haltech to be repaired?

My e6x toasted itself this summer when a coolant leak got into the shiething of the wiring harness. Does anybody know of a place to have it repaired? it appears to just be one capacitor on the top of the board.

I found the capacitor on amazon for $.80 but i am not confident with soldering it in myself.
