Temp sensor same reading ps1000

I'm using a ps1000 in my turbo Fc. My air temp sensor (c-ats) always says -10 even when i'm driving. then i snapped the prong off and bought a new one from mazda trix and it still reads -10 all the time? I jumper-ed the wires to make sure it worked and it read full and the red light started flashing.

I'm not a tuner so I'm wondering if somethings wrong, its normal or should i have my tuner look at it?...

Unplug the sensor. Check the resistance across the terminals of the sensor itself with the engine completely cold. Plug it back in and close the hood. Get the engine to operating temperature and pop the hood to check the resistance again.
