Surge at very light throttle

I have a slight problem that I can not work out. At very, very light
throttle my car surges, kind of like if you were to tap the throttle.
I tried playing with the fuel and the timing in that range with no
luck. Any suggestions? Could it be my throttle pump settings??

It could be your throttle pump settings, but you want those to be low. Have the laptop in the car on the fuel maps and get the car to start surging and hit the home key to get to the map you need. Then try adding some fuel. Surging is usually from not enough fuel.

HTH, if not let us know.
