Stock coolant Gauge

Im not sure what I did wrong but the stock coolant gauge doesn't move after installing Sprint RE on s4 chassis.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

When i installed my Platinum 1000 on my S5. I had to go though harness and ohm out wires back to gauge. I think it was a yellow wire or had a yellow strip.

i always forget this wire! it goes right from the gauge, to the connector under the dash, to the engine harness to the sender. so the fix is really simple, you need to find the wire on the X-15 connector, and run it to the sender

this is the yellow wire that connects to the chasis plug that connects to the wiper harness. its solid yellow. run a wire from that to the sensor dirrectly and you will be back in business.

its funny how people claim that this is "well documented" but is hardly mentioned in writeups.
