Sprint RE problem (car runs but is smoking bad)

I can't see my car blowing a coolant seal by just sitting while I install an EMS. I am running an RE with 500 primaries, 1600 secondaries. 3" straight pipe. LS truck coils and just a basic setup. I can start the car but it smells like fuel pretty bad and is pouring smoke. I have the injectors turned down pretty low but it still smokes. Doesn't smell sweet at all. Any tips? (have video as well)

The only conclusion I can come to is bad gas? Been at a 1/4 tank since August... Maybe some water in there making white smoke?

I'm going to fill it all the way up with premixed 93 and put some Heet in it as well. Maybe that will fix it up.

I had the ignition set for the stock coils.. Only the L2 plug was firing. Fixed it on the laptop and now no more smoke. it still won't idle and is kind of shaky when I give it gas.
