Sprint RE Issue: Random Fuel Cut?

Car in question is a '88 Rx7 NA. All stock, minus a header back exhaust.

Just got my car back from having a Sprint RE installed and having it tuned. Car runs and drives great, overall. But driving it back from the shop, cruising at about 3k (70~mph), the engine would randomly hit fuel cut and it wouldn't rev or accelerate until the revs came down till about 2k. Once the revs dropped it would come back to life and be fine. In lower gears I could whind it out to redline no problem, and accelerating in 5th past 4k wasn't and issue either. It seemed to just pop up every now and then at random.
The shop (Defined Autoworks) is going to talk to Haltech about it tomorrow, but I wanted to post up here to see if any of you guys have had similar problem and how you fixed it.

Do you have overboot cut enabled? Are you hitting the limit? Only other thing I can think is injector impedance. What is the actual measured impedance?

No overboost enabled. Injectors are low impedance with 4x 10ohm resistors wired in on each channel
