Sensors for the E6K

a few questions (this is for an E6K in an S4):

1) Can I replace the stock coolant temp sensor on the waterpump housing with an aftermarket one without needing to drill a new hole?

2) Can I use the stock TPS and connector?

3) Where do I mount the IAT sensor?

4) Where's a good place to mount the MAP sensor?

sorry for all of the questions, but I got the E6k + harness with the car and I don't really have experience with how the Haltech is supposed to be wired up

1) yes, ask chris ludwig
2) yes, but its better to use the series 5 full range unit.
3) right before the TB.
4) i ziptied mine to the strut tower brace. the hose is connected to the vacuum nipple on the front of the UIM, the bottom nipple.

We've got #1.

Select the 12mm option.

#2 and #3, see above.

#4. I like to mount the sensor to the firewall, but it really doesn't matter. The thing you want to try to do is mount the MAP sensor above any part of the manifold that will have fuel in it. You don't want fuel draining down a vacuum line and sitting in the sensor.
