Hey guys,

I have a racepak and have set up some configurations. However the speedo does not work. Now I know that I must be able to get this to work as the ECU would be able to read the speed I am doing, as the speedo on the normal clocks works fine. Also the power fc shows speed on the commander so I know the haltech will.

Why is the speed not showing on my racepak? Please help!

Do you have a wheel speed input wired in and properly configured in the Haltech?

 

No idea. I bought a patch loom for the Haltech. I assumed it would read the speed like the apexi does?

I can't put the racepak on until I can get the speed working

 

Nothing wrong with the hardware. Your vendor should provide the setup information. Have you tried to contact them? You guys do realize, when you purchase the product, you should be buying support as well. The vendor should be the most knowledgeable person to go to for this kind of information.

 

So as I have the patch loom should just be reading the Speedo? Sorry no one here to help with the racepak

 

I can help. If you have an S5 or FD, the solution is very easy. If you have an S4 it's not so easy. But I'm frustrated with the fact that you guys are buying stuff from shops that aren't properly supporting the product. Have you tried calling or emailing them? We work very hard and spend a lot of time to support what we sell and then end up supporting what others sell as well. I see why guys like Claudio and Crispeed no longer take the time to support this forum.
