Haltech Question about connecting FD IAC (bac valve) to E8 ecu

Question about connecting FD IAC (bac valve) to E8 ecu
The FD IAC valve has two wires, one I will connect to PWM output. Does the other go to switched 12v, or 5v out put from the ecu?
