Ques. about wiring the coils..?

When connecting the flying lead to the coil(say leading coil), only one wire is used. What do i do with the other wire(car side) on the harness? do I disgard it or do i leave it attached to the harness?

thankss for the help!

Haltech cannot fire directly into a coil, per se.
It needs an ignitior or something that simulates it.

its the black with yellow wire goes to the gray 12v switched ignition of the Haltech "power" harness.... the green with yellow wire is the wire used to the Haltech ignition harness.
